6月3日，中国银行与上海联交所、上海环交所签订战略合作协议，紫江企业、上海上电漕泾发电有限公司等6家首批获得中国银行碳配额质押创新融资的实体企业举行了实施落地仪式。紫江企业副总经理、财务总监秦正余参加仪式。

而中国银行党委委员、副行长林景臻表示，中国银行将从碳登记、碳结算、碳清算、碳托管等业务需求入手，制定综合性金融服务解决方案，培养对碳交易市场熟悉的专业金融服务人员，推出碳交易市场创新金融产品，金融助力我国碳排放权交易市场繁荣发展。
